SHIPPING & HANDLING

• All orders will ship via USPS delivery service. USPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday from 9 AM to 8 PM to residential addresses.
  
• Please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. 
  
• Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
  

RETURN POLICY

• Merchandise must be returned within 20 days from the ship date to be eligible for an exchange only. 
  
• Merchandise must be returned in new unworn condition and in original packaging (including tags) accompanied by the packing slip. 
  
• You will be responsible for shipping back the merchandise. We suggest you insure the package and/or purchase tracking services for your protection.
  
• Please allow 5-10 business days for us to process exchange.
• The sooner you ship back your exchange the better, since availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. 
• You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

Instructions: Specify the exchange item and the new color/size and/or style on the packing slip and include it in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.
